This website is operated by Garrnish Private Limited (UEN 202538969W), trading as Garrnish. References to “Garrnish”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from us, together with the policies linked below. Please read them before using the store or ordering.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases, including through services that use information about your interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties, which may be outside Singapore, to provide these services. Our Privacy Policy explains this further. Your purchase contract is with Garrnish. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not place an order or use the store. The Shipping Policy, Cancellations Policy and Returns Policy form part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.
1. Online store terms
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and authority to use the payment method you provide. You must use the website and products lawfully. You must not introduce malicious code or interfere with the store’s security or operation.
2. General conditions
We may refuse or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, security risks or a material breach of these Terms. This does not remove our obligations for orders already accepted.
The website, Garrnish branding and content are owned by or licensed to us. You may browse for personal use, but may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission or another lawful basis.
3. Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
We aim to keep product information accurate. Editorial material is general information and may be updated over time. Archived material describes its stated period. Ask us if important purchase information is unclear. This section does not disclaim responsibility for product descriptions or statements on which you are legally entitled to rely.
4. Modifications to services and prices
We may change future product prices, availability and website features. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted orders. Proposed changes affecting subscriptions will be notified before the affected renewal, with an opportunity to cancel as described in the Cancellations Policy. Prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise; delivery charges, discounts and any applicable taxes are disclosed before payment.
5. Products and services
Daily Essentials is a nutritional supplement for dogs. Use and store it according to its label. Website material is not veterinary advice and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual responses vary and no particular health outcome is guaranteed.
Consult a veterinarian before use if your dog has a medical condition, takes medication, is on a prescription diet, is pregnant or nursing, or has allergies or sensitivities. Check the ingredient and allergen information before feeding. Stop use and seek veterinary advice if you suspect an adverse reaction.
Product images are illustrative; screen colours may differ. This does not permit us to supply materially different or non-conforming goods. We may limit quantities or delivery areas and discontinue products, subject to our obligations for existing orders and your legal rights. Returns are governed by the Returns Policy.
6. Billing, account information and orders
Provide accurate order, contact, delivery and payment details and keep account and subscription information current. Protect your account access and let us know of suspected unauthorised use.
An order is your offer to buy. An automated receipt confirms we received it; we accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock, pricing, technical, suspected-fraud or delivery issue. We will tell you and refund amounts collected for any order we cancel.
Subscription purchases authorise the recurring charges and deliveries disclosed at checkout until paused or cancelled. One-time purchases do not. The Cancellations Policy explains management, renewal changes and refunds.
7. Optional tools
Some optional website functions are supplied by third parties under their own terms. We cannot promise their uninterrupted availability. Review relevant third-party terms before choosing to use a tool. Any permitted limitation of responsibility is subject to section 13 and does not excuse Garrnish from fulfilling its own sale obligations.
8. Third-party links
Links may take you to websites outside our control. We do not endorse all material on those sites and their transactions and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Contact the relevant provider about its services. Our obligations for purchases from Garrnish remain unaffected.
9. Comments, reviews and submissions
You are responsible for ensuring submissions are truthful, lawful and do not infringe another person’s rights. Do not impersonate others, post malicious code or disclose someone else’s private information without authority. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant content.
If you choose to submit a review for public display, you permit us to display and reasonably format it for that purpose without changing its meaning. Private support messages, photos and identifiable customer stories are not automatically licensed for advertising. We obtain separate permission before using them in identifiable marketing. Unsolicited general suggestions may be used without an obligation to compensate you, subject to privacy and intellectual-property rights.
10. Personal information
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, the purposes and recipients, and how to contact us about your information. Accepting these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
We may correct genuine errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery information. If an error affects your order, we will contact you about an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not silently charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Prohibited uses
You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful resale, harassment, infringement, unauthorised collection of personal data, spam, phishing, malicious code, or interference with security. You must not misrepresent your identity or submit fabricated reviews or claims. We may suspend access for a material breach, subject to section 16.
13. Warranties and limitation of liability
We cannot guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. To the extent Singapore law permits, the website’s optional informational tools are provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those expressly given.
To the extent permitted by law, Garrnish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or business losses such as lost profits, arising from website use or purchases. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Nothing removes statutory rights concerning product quality, fitness, description or non-conforming goods. Any exclusion or restriction applies only to the extent it is lawful and meets any applicable requirement of reasonableness.
14. Indemnification
To the extent lawful and reasonable, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs directly caused by your fraudulent or unlawful use of the website, or your knowing infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require you to indemnify Garrnish for its own negligence, breach of duty or unlawful conduct. We will notify you of a claim and take reasonable steps to limit loss.
15. Severability
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be ineffective to that extent. The remaining provisions continue to apply where they can operate lawfully without it.
16. Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. To end recurring purchases, follow the subscription cancellation steps. We may suspend or end access for material breach, unlawful conduct or a security risk. Termination does not cancel accrued refund obligations, statutory remedies or other rights and duties that should continue by their nature.
17. Entire agreement and waiver
These Terms, the linked purchase policies and the specific information agreed for your order form the agreement for that purchase. If we delay enforcing a right, that does not waive it. This section does not exclude liability for misleading statements, fraud or rights preserved by law. More specific purchase-policy terms govern their subject matter, subject always to mandatory law.
18. Governing law
Singapore law governs these Terms. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to you. You may contact care@garrnish.sg first so we can try to resolve a concern.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may publish updated Terms with a revised effective date for future use and orders. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be notified before they apply, with a chance to cancel before the affected renewal. We will not retrospectively reduce delivery, cancellation or refund commitments for an order already placed, except where required by law or agreed with you.
